ANTI-ANXIETY OPTIONS





Anxiety usually arises due to the ‘Fear of the Unknown'! Therefore, it is our priority that you fully understand the type and benefits of the treatment you are receiving at each visit.



We do not have ‘happy gas’ but we can offer you the Green Stick (Penthrox) which is commonly used by ambulance officers at sporting incidents.


Methoxyflurane is poured into the wig and it is self-administered by the patient by inhaling the vapour. It has an analgesic and anti-anxiety relaxing effect.



MUSIC RELAXATION





You are also most welcome to bring your own music and earphones or anything which will help put you at ease.
